From what I read up on the Fallout Wikia website, there are rumours of possible add-on DLCs from a poster on the NeoGAF website, here is what the whole article says on the website:

“According to a poster at NeoGAF, ZeniMax has applied for three new trademarks, likely connected with upcoming Fallout: New Vegas add-ons. Two of them, Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road, were already hinted at in the in-game graffitti. The trademarks are:

• Honest Hearts
• Lonesome Road
• Old World Blues”

This could mean anything but it might keep some hopes up for some Fallout New Vegas fans, it has certainly kept my hopes up and can’t wait to hear more on the new of any upcoming DLCs for New Vegas!
