OH YEAH!!! Capcom officially announced that a Resident Evil 6 has emerged and boy could any Resi fan get anymore excited!?!?

A recent trailer to the game was released not too long ago and it shows the return of former S.T.A.R.S member, Chris Redfield and rookie cop turned special agent, Leon S Kennedy, in what looks like the game is going back to it’s “Old Roots”, with that I think they mean going back to the classic zombie apocalypse virus outbreak rather that stick to that story of the Las Plagas that not many of us actually liked.

From what the story in the trailer is trying to tell us is something to do with the President of the United States announcing that he is revealing the truth about the virus outbreak as it starts infecting the entire country and it’s upto Leon and Chris to save the world once again, although this time, there is a third party trying to stop this outbreak, however the details on this is no very clear, I’m sure all will be revealed when the game gets closer to release!

And the release date you say….. the 20th November 2012 so you don’t have to wait until next year for this as it’s closer than I thought.

Although from previous games, some fans aren’t happy with the series, some coz of how Resi 5 was and that it was supposed to become the final game in the saga but rest assure that this game looks AWESOME! Check below for the official trailer to the game

During the big E3 event this year in Los Angeles, Producer Yoshinori Ono revealed a surprise “guest fighter” in the upcoming fighting game, Street Fighter X Tekken.

This guest character is none other than Cole from InFAMOUS (SHOCKING….Sorry), he will be playable for the PS3 and PSVita versions of Street Fighter x Tekken. Yoshinori Ono also said this about the Vita version of SF X Tekken to the people at Eurogamer:

“We’ve just started working on it [the Vita version]. We’re going to do our best to do whatever we can to link it up with the PS3 version and try all sorts of new things. Look forward to that.”

Street Fighter X Tekken is set to be released in Japan sometime this year while release everywhere else will have to wait until 2012!

From Capcom comes a new DLC (Well, more like a separate Xbox Live Arcade game) for the zombie horror/comedy video game, Dead Rising 2.

The new content labelled, Dead Rising 2: Case West, is to be released on Xbox Live sometime next month and will see you return as Chuck Green as he tries to investigate the sinister Phenotrans facility to uncover the pharmaceutical company’s involvement in the Fortune City outbreak, but….. He isn’t alone in the fight.

Chuck bumps into a familiar face, the guy that was involved in the first outbreak those years ago, he is Frank West and together they team up to take on the horde of zombies in order to find the truth behind Phenotrans’ actions to all the outbreaks!

There will be new weapons to use and more crazy weapon combos to find and create to make zombie hunting that little more interesting (And possibly even more funny), as you probably might expect, some people would be questioning if there can be a co-op to play as both or even just to play as Frank West, we will just have to wait and see!
